My services include natural health coaching and biofield tuning sessions for both people and animals. Each service is designed to support your overall well‑being with simple, grounded guidance and gentle, effective approaches that meet you exactly where you are.

Biofield tuning is a sound and frequency-based modality. With the aid of tuning forks, we connect directly with a person or animal's biofield which can loosely be likened to cloud storage or information stored around and near the physical body. When the fork locates dissonance, anomalies or “stuckness,” it reflects this information back to the body.

Linda was trained as a natural health coach to seek the root cause of issues in a myriad of circumstances. Identifying toxicities and exploring natural and noninvasive alternatives are significant aspects of embarking on a path toward wellness. Linda compassionately listens and is able to cut through a sense of overwhelm: encouraging alignment with one's ideals, self-confidence in our innate capacity to heal, and gently encouraging tools for self- empowerment. Linda is truly one to walk beside you while navigating your wellness journey.
